Monthly Events

NWRA sponsors a Reiki Circle once a month. This is not limited to Reiki practitioners but anyone who is interested in experiencing Reiki or continuing years of practice is welcome. Everyone will have an opportunity to give and receive Reiki while spending quiet time with like-minded people. Together, we deepen our understanding of this simple, yet powerful healing modality, enhance our skills and create a Reiki community. Everyone is invited.  Cost  is  $5 to cover the cost of the space.

Eastside Reiki Circle: 1pm-3pm On the 3rd Thursday of each month, NWRA is sponsoring our afternoon Eastside Circle at: Multnomah Friends Meetinghouse  4312 SE Stark (Rm. 12, main floor, left back corner of building)  Portland, OR  97215

Street parking is available on SE Stark, please try not to park in front of a private residence.  

On the fourth Tuesday of each month, our NWRA volunteers are providing Reiki to clients at Crestview Recovery Center.  To be eligible for this volunteer opportunity, you must be a current NWRA member and have practitioner’s insurance.  Since this is limited to the first ten Reiki volunteers, please contact  Jill Fusaro, our Volunteer Coordinator, at nwreikiassociation@gmail.com to sign up for this amazing volunteer opportunity. 

To increase community outreach and awareness, NWRA is offering “Workplace Wellness with Reiki” once a month to a local business or organization. If you know a business that would like to fulfill their wellness initiatives by having NWRA provide Free Reiki for a day to their employees, contact NWRA at nwreikiassociation@gmail.com for the details.

FREE Reiki I Classes for Compass Oncology Patients
Special thanks to Compass Oncology for providing a grant to Northwest Reiki Association. NWRA is offering Free Reiki I classes to Compass Oncology patients and/or their caregivers.  If you are a patient of Compass Oncology clinic please contact nwreikiassociation@gmail.com to register for the next Reiki I class.

 Our volunteers always enjoy these events because it is a great way to connect with other members while giving Reiki in 15-minute sessions to many event participants.
